Employers instruct us to source talent for their business. We locate, verify, screen and shortlist candidates before submitting to our partners for interview. We continue this candidate relationship until the candidate starts employment with you.

We work on a retained and exclusive basis with our partners. Please speak with your account manager for further details.

Once we have agreed the terms of our partnership; there are no additional fees to gofitjobs. Depending on your location and that of the candidate, you may have to pay visa and relocation costs.

If within a pre-agreed window, we provide a pro-rata rebate system and/or a candidate of comparable experience at no extra cost. 

For an additional fee, we can provide in-country visa services for your successful candidates. Please speak with your account manager for further details.

In today's fiercely competitive employment market, we recommend that all communication is within a 48-hour window as this ensures candidates are kept fully up-to-speed and engaged with your brand. gofitjobs will respond to your queries within 6 office hours.

On average, we submit our first shortlist to you within the first 2-3 weeks (depending on the complexity of the assignment) however sometimes this can be much sooner.

We recruit for all roles that one may find in a fitness company (including support offices roles). We also recruit for some sport-related vacancies (such as specialist coaches). Please speak with your Account Manager for more details.

We are partnered with some of the largest fitness franchises in the world. For more details, please speak with your account manager or directly with your Franchisor and request the vendor list or PSL.

On rare occasions, we may work as a third party or contractor on specific recruitment assignments. Please speak with us to check if this is an option we can consider.

After we verify your certifications, career history and suitability for the role, we will represent you with integrity and transparency. We will never send your profile to an employer without discussing the opportunity with you first.

We partner with many large and small fitness companies across the globe. We do not partner with companies who are unable to provide to us clear and obvious evidence of acceptable employee care.

This would depend on several factors including the visa process (if applicable), your proposed start-date and your own notice period. Our operations team will remain in regular contact with you until you join. your new employer.

Unfortunately, we do not accept speculative applications and your email will not be responded to.

We are an impartial agency and therefore do not recommend specific courses to take. By checking job listings on the internet, you may get an idea as to what roles are in demand.
